摘  要:在原有工艺基础上,采用由Visual C++开发工具开发的模拟软件对φ120耐磨铸球的凝固过程进行数值模拟。基于数值模拟结果和理论分析,再结合实际生产进行工艺优化,最终获得了适宜的工艺方案,改进工艺方案后的铸件模拟结果显示,工艺出品率得到显著的提升。Based on the original process, the simulation software developed by Visual C++ developmenttool has been adopted to numerically simulate the solidification process of φ120 wear-resistant castingball. By considering the numerical simulation results and theoretical analysis, in combination with actualproduction process optimization, the suitable process scheme has been finally obtained. The simulationresult of the castings with improved process scheme shows that the process yield has been significantlyimproved.
