中文版决策冲突量表应用于面部整形美容咨询者的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的翻译及跨文化调适决策冲突量表,检验中文版决策冲突量表在面部整形美容咨询者中应用的信度和效度。方法基于量表引进原则,经翻译、回译和跨文化调适形成中文版决策冲突量表,用该量表对235例面部整形美容咨询者进行调查,对结果进行信度和效度分析。结果中文版决策冲突量表的内容效度为0.950。量表的重测信度为0.896,总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.824,各维度的Cronbachα系数为0.783~0.868;探索性因子分析共提取3个因子14个条目,方差累计贡献率63.449%;验证性因子分析显示各个指标拟合良好。结论中文版决策冲突量表在面部整形美容咨询者中具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评估面部整形美容咨询者决策冲突情况。Objective To translate and cross-cultural adjust the Decision Conflict Scale, and evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Decision Conflict Scale（DCS） among consultants of facial cosmetic surgery. Methods According to the introduction guideline, the DCS was translated and culturally adapted into Chinese and then the reliability and validity were tested among 235 facial cosmetic surgery consultants. Results The CVI of Chinese version of DRS was 0.950; test-retest reliability 0.896;Cronbach＇s α 0.824 for the total scale and 0.783~0.868 for each dimensions. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 factors and 14 items, which could explain 63.449% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all indicators were well fitted.Conclusion Chinese version of DCS is reliable and valid, and it is a concise tool which can be used to assess decisional conflict among facial cosmetic surgery consultants.
