摘 要:黄芩素和汉黄芩素是从唇形科植物黄芩中提取的具有广泛生物活性的天然产物。现代药理研究表明:黄芩素、汉黄芩素具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、神经保护等多种作用,也正是源于其多种药理性质,才引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。环糊精其独特的性质可以选择性包结黄芩素等客体分子,形成包合物,以改善其不良的理化性质,如水溶性和稳定性。本文阐述了近年来对黄芩素、汉黄芩素与环糊精包合物的研究进展。Baicalein and wogonin are natural products possessing widely biological activities extracted from the labiatae plant. Accumulating evidence demonstrate that baicalein and wogonin possesses potent pharmacological properties such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and neuroprotective. Due to the pharmacological functions of these flavones, the research of baicalein and wogonin become a hotspot subject. Cyclodextrins (CD) and its derivatives with hydrophobic central cavity and hydrophilic outer surface are known to be able to encapsulate baicalein and wogonin to form host-guest complexes. As a result of the complex formation, the characteristic properties of the included substance, such as solubility, chemical reactivity, and pharmacological properties, will be changed. This tutorial review offers a general overview of the present research actuality of baicalein and wogonin, which may be viewed as a major innovation in areas of cyclodextrin inclusions for flavones.
