摘 要:目的:利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定全瓷义齿用氧化锆瓷块中Y_2O_3含量。方法:采用微波消解的方法对样品进行溶解,并通过谱库干扰元素查找,选择共存元素间没有干扰的光谱线371.0nm作为Y分析线。同时通过基体匹配和酸度匹配,采用外标法进行定量分析,并进行了回收率实验和精密度实验。结果:Y_2O_3含量在2.54%~8.89%(Y含量2.0%~7.0%)范围内线性良好(r=0.99998),检出限为0.0030%,平均加样回收率为100.9%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.3%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于全瓷义齿用氧化锆瓷块中Y_2O_3含量测定。Objective: The ICP-AES method was used to analyze Yttrium(Ⅲ) oxide in all ceramic zirconia tiles. Methods: Microwave digestion technology is used to digest all ceramic zirconia tiles. The spectral line without interference among elements at 371.0 nm was selected as the analytical 1 ines for yttrium. Quantitative tests were carried out by external standard method with matrix and acidity matching, and recovery and precision tests were also studied. Results: The linear range of yttrium(Ⅲ) oxide was 2.54%-8.89%(The content of yttrium was 2.0%-7.0%)(r=0.99998). The limit of detection of yttrium(Ⅲ) oxide was 0.0030% and the average recovery ratio was 100.9% with a RSD of 2.3%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate for yttrium(Ⅲ) oxide determination in all ceramic zirconia tiles.
