摘  要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定工作场所空气中二氧化锡的方法。方法:空气样品用微孔滤膜采集,石墨消解后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锡的浓度。结果:锡元素在0.2~100mg/L时该方法具有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.999,空气中二氧化锡的检出限为0.016mg/m^3(以采样量75L计算),相对标准偏差为1.31%,采样效率为97.4%,加标回收率为98.2%。结论:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定工作场所空气中二氧化锡的方法线性范围宽,检出限低,灵敏度好,准确度高,操作简便、快捷,可用于工作场所空气中二氧化锡的测定。Objective: To establish a method for determination of stannic anhydride in air of workplace by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPAES). Methods: Air samples were collected by micropore filters and digested by hotblock. The sample solutions were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). Results: The linear range of tin element was 0.2-100 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999, the lowest detectable concentration was 0.016 mg/m^3(counted by 75 Lsampled air)for air samples, the relative standard deviation was 1.31%, the sampling efficiency was 97.4%, and the rate ofrecovery was 98.2%. Conclusion: The method has wide linear range, low detection limit, high sensitivity, high accuracy and simple operation. It can be applied to the determination of stannic anhydride in the air of workplace.
