心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者红细胞计数与N-末端脑钠肽前体水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者红细胞水平及其与N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平的关系。方法选取175例心力衰竭患者,根据是否合并2型糖尿病分为心力衰竭组(HF组)和心力衰竭合并糖尿病组(DM-HF组),收集两组患者一般资料、血常规、血生化指标、NT-pro BNP水平、心脏超声指标等。比较两组RBC计数、NT-pro BNP水平及心脏超声指标,分析RBC计数与NT-pro BNP水平的关系。结果 DM-HF组RBC、Hb、红细胞比容低于HF组(P<0.05),而PLT计数、FBG、NT-pro BNP高于HF组(P<0.05)。HF组RBC计数与NT-pro BNP、FBG均无相关性(均P>0.05);DM-HF组RBC计数与NT-pro BNP呈负相关(P<0.05),而与FBG无相关性(P>0.05)。两组心脏超声各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并2型糖尿病患者RCB计数显著降低且与NT-pro BNP水平呈负相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between red blood cell and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） levels in patients with heart failure（HF） complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Methods Totally 175 patients with HF were selected and were divided into HF group and HF complicated with T2DM group（DM-HF） according to whether they were complicated with T2DM.The general data,routine analysis of blood,blood biochemical indexes,NT-proBNP level and indicators of cardiac ultrasound were collected.The RBC count,NT-proBNP level and indicators of cardiac ultrasound were compared between the two groups.The correlation between RBC count and NT-proBNP level was analyzed. Results The levels of RBC count,Hb and hematocrit were lower and the levels of PLT count,FBG and NT-proBNP were higher in the DM-HF group than those in the HF group（ P 〈0.05）.RBC count did not correlate with NT-proBNP or FBG in the HF group（all P 〉 0.05）; RBC count negatively correlated with NT-proBNP （ P 〈0.05 ） but did not correlate with FBG in the DM-HF group（ P 〉0.05）.No statistically significant difference was found in any indicator of cardiac ultrasound between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion RBC count decreases significantly in patients with HF complicated with T2DM and negatively correlates with NT-proBNP level.
