低体重新生儿血清食欲素与红细胞镁离子水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨低体重儿血清食欲素与红细胞镁离子水平及其临床意义。方法将172例新生儿根据出生体重分为低体重组(出生体重<2 500 g)32例与正常体重组(出生体重≥2 500 g)140例,比较两组血清食欲素与红细胞镁离子水平,分析两组血清食欲素与红细胞镁离子水平的相关性。结果低体重组的红细胞镁离子水平高于正常体重组,而血清食欲素水平则低于正常体重组(P<0.05)。低体重组新生儿镁离子水平与食欲素水平呈负相关(P<0.05);正常体重组新生儿镁离子水平与食欲素水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论低体重儿的血清食欲素水平降低而红细胞镁离子水平升高,两者可能共同在胎儿生长发育中起重要作用。Objective To explore the levels of serum orexin and erythrocyte magnesium ion in low weight infants and their clinical significance. Methods Totally 172 neonates were divided into low weight group（birth weight 〈2 500 g, n =32） and normal weight group（birth weight≥2 500 g, n =140） according to the birth weight.The levels of serum orexin and erythrocyte magnesium ion were compared between the two groups.The correlation of serum orexin level with erythrocyte magnesium ion level was analyzed in both groups. Results The magnesium ion level was higher but the serum orexin level was lower in the low weight group compared to the levels in the normal weight group（ P 〈0.05）.In the low weight group,the magnesium ion level negatively correlated with orexin level（ P 〈0.05）,and no correlation between magnesium iron level and orexin level was found in the normal weight group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Decreased serum orexin level and increased erythrocyte magnesium level are found in the neonates with low weight,and probably play important roles in the growth and development of fetus.
