摘 要:[目的]探讨施用钾肥对烟草青枯病的防控效果及其根际微生物群落的影响。[方法]通过田间试验研究施用不同量钾肥对烟草青枯病的防控效果及其对根际微生物群落多样性和细菌分类的影响。[结果]田间施用150 kg/hm^2钾肥时,烟草青枯病病情指数最低,土壤根际中青枯病原菌数量最少,为5.63 log CFU/g干土,而无钾肥处理的效果最差。施钾肥提高了烟草生物量、钾含量和总酚含量。施用150 kg/hm^2钾肥能显著提高烟草根际微生物的多样性,增加益生菌Arthrobacter的相对丰度,降低了致病菌Ralstonia的相对丰度。[结论]施用适量钾肥可有效地防控烟草青枯病,提高根际微生物的多样性和有益菌的相对丰度,降低致病菌的相对含量。[Objective] To explore the effect of application potassium fertilizer on tobacco bacterial wilt and its effect on rhizosphere microbialcommunities. [Method] The field experiment was conducted to study effects of different amounts of K fertilizer on tobacco bacterial wilt and itsrhizosphere microbial communities. [Result] When the amount of K was 150 kg / hm2in the field trial, the disease index of tobacco bacterialwilt was the lowest, and the number of Rhizoctonia in soil rhizosphere was the least which was 5.63 log CFU/ g of dry soil, but the no K fertiliz-er addition treatment was the worst. The application of K fertilizer could increase the biomass, K concentration and total phenol content of to-bacco. The application of 150 kg / hm2K fertilizer could significantly increase the diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms, increase the relativeabundance of probiotic Arthrobacter and reduce the relative abundance of Ralstonia. [Conclusion] The application of appropriate K fertilizercan effectively control tobacco bacterial wilt in field experiment, improve the diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms and the relative abun-dance of beneficial bacteria, reduce the relative content of Ralstonia.
