摘 要:为了解国内鲜切荷花的市场潜力以及人们对鲜切荷花的需求和偏好,针对荷花的颜色、花态、花色、花型等观赏特征和购买鲜切荷花的主要目的等设计问卷,采取线上、线下调查相结合的方式收集有效数据问卷1 691份,使用Excel数据处理系统进行分析。结果表明:线上和线下调查的结果基本一致,女性参与调查率(77%)远高于男性(23%);作答者文化程度普遍较高;公司职员参与度较高。大部分人(62.1%)愿意购买荷花切花,说明我国荷花切花市场潜力巨大;在观赏特性上,人们偏好红绿色卵圆锥形或红色卵球形的花蕾;更喜爱半重瓣或重瓣、复色、碗状的荷花;清香、淡香型荷花更受欢迎;购买方式及用途上,单独购买居多,主要用于室内观赏;每支鲜切荷花5~10元的价格接受度最高;瓶插寿命短和市场上少见是当前制约荷花切花发展的主要因素。研究结果为我国以后开展鲜切荷花品种的筛选和培育、荷花切花的生产销售和市场开发提供了重要参考。In order to understand the consumer’s demand and preference of cut flowers of lotus, the online and onsite surveys were conductedby a questionnaire based on the characteristics of lotus, including the flower shape, flower color, flower form, and major purposes of purcha-sing cut-flower. Totally, the data from 1 691 repliers were collected and analyzed by Excel 2010. It showed that the results of both online andonsite surveys were basically consistent in the sexuality of participants, with 77% females, far higher than that of males (23%). The respond-ents had higher education level. The company employees are actively participated in survey. Most people (62.1%) are willing to buy cut lotus-flowers, among which the majority of young people replied that a great potential of cut lotus-flower market in China needs to be explored. Onthe ornamental characteristics, people prefer the red-green oval conical or red ovoid-spherical flower buds, and semi-double or double pet-alled, versicolor, bowl shape of the flowers. Light fragrance of lotus flower is more welcome. In terms of purchase and usage, most repliers pre-fer buying lotus cut-flowers alone (not with other flowers) mainly for indoor decoration. The most acceptable price per flower is 5 to 10 yuan.The short vase life and rare availability in the market are the major factors inhibiting the development of current lotus cut-flower market. At thesame time, the participant structure and sample size (much larger sample in online survey) between online and onsite surveys possibly accoun-ted for a large difference in preference on shape and color of flower buds, the most important ornamental characteristics, color and shape offlower, meaning of cultivar name, cultivar type (classical, unique, new), etc. This study will provide a valuable guidance for lotus cultivarscreening and breeding, production and market development of cut lotus-flowers in China.
