摘 要:根据"大运行"体系建设要求,国网公司在各级调控中心全面开展监控远方操作。目前电力系统中,传统变电站"五防"技术一般仅针对变电站内刀闸等起到防误闭锁作用,还没有针对开关远方操作的防误技术手段。针对这一现状,嘉兴地调结合常态化远方操作工作,开展了远方操作防误相关研究,建立电网调控端远方操作防误系统,避免了误入其它间隔造成误操作的风险,提升远方操作防误安全管控水平。According to the requirements of the big operation system construction,the state grid corporation has conducted the monitoring of remote operation in the control centers at all levels.In current power system,the five-prevention technology of traditional substation usually only aiming at the knife switches in the substation and has the function of preventing misoperation locking,and there is no error prevention technical means target to remote operation of switches.In view of this situation,combined with the normalized distance operation,Jiaxing regulate and control center carried out the research of remote operation error prevention,and established the remote operation anti-error system of power grid control terminal.This avoided the risk of misoperation caused by entering into other intervals,and improved the safety control level of remote operation error prevention.
