摘  要:为了满足高铁试验段动车组提速试验要求,解决分相绝缘器对试验动车组提速的影响,提出使分相绝缘器中性区带电,从而减少机车断电过分相的次数解决方案,实施后保证了高速综合试验的成功进行。In order to meet the test requirements of EMU speed increase in the high speed railway test section and solve the effect of the neutral section insulator on the speed increase of the test EMU,a solution is proposed to make the neutral zone of neutral section insulator electrified and thus to reduce the number of times that the trains pass the neutral section with power off.After the implementation of this solution,the successful completion of high-speed comprehensive tests is ensured.
