摘  要:本试验通过分析河沙、珍珠岩、蛭石、椰糠、河沙+珍珠岩(1∶1)、蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)、草炭+珍珠岩(1∶1)和椰糠+珍珠岩(1∶1)8种基质的物化性质和ABT1#生根剂对美国红栌扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明,不同基质和有无生根剂处理间美国红栌的扦插生根率差异显著,其中经400 mg/L ABT1#溶液浸泡处理30 min,以蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)为扦插基质的生根率最高(68%)。蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)理化性质指标中容重为0.13、总孔隙度为66.34%、毛管孔隙度为56.68%、通气孔隙度为9.66%、大小孔隙比为0.17,稳固性和透气性良好,还保持了较好的持水性;p H值为7.43,水解氮、有效磷和速效钾等养分充足,电导率为0.56 S/cm,有利于美国红栌扦插生根。因此,选择适宜的扦插基质和生根剂对美国红栌扦插生根是至关重要的。A study for Cotinus coggyria cuttings rooting effect was conducted on eight kinds of physical and chemical properties of the substrates and ABT1 #,including river sand,perlite,vermiculite,coconut chaff,river sand+perlite(1∶1),vermiculite+perlite(1∶1),peat+perlite(1∶1) and coconut chaff+perlite(1∶1).The results showed that,differences between the substrates and plant growth regulator of Cotinus coggyria cuttings rooting rate was significant,the highest rooting rate (68%) was obtained with 400 mg/L ABT1# solution soak for 30 min,vermiculite+perlite(1∶1)as culture medium.Vermiculite+perlite(1∶1) physicochemical properties index of bulk density was 0.13,the total porosity was 66.34%,the water-holding porosity was 56.68%,aeration porosity was 9.66%,ratio between aeration and water-holding porosity was 0.17,stability and permeability was good,still keep good water holding capacity;the pH was 7.43,and the hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available kalium was abundant,and the electrical conductivity was 0.56 S/cm,which was beneficial to the rooting of Cotinus coggyria.Therefore,it is very important to choose suitable culture medium and rooting agent for the rooting of Cotinus coggyria.
