摘 要:埋地管道随着使用年限的增加,各种不安全因素也随之增加,泄漏事故时有发生。据国内外有关数据资料统计,埋地管道由腐蚀引起的泄漏事故次数占事故总次数的36%~38%。我空军场站近年来亦发生多起机场油库埋地工艺管道由腐蚀引起的泄漏事故,造成较大经济损失。通过本课题的研究可为报废、大修及检修机场油库埋地工艺管道提供可靠依据,继而大大减少因腐蚀引起的泄漏事故。本文介绍了研究机场油库埋地工艺管道腐蚀规律的意义及国内外研究现状;阐述了研究内容及难点;分析了军事及经济效益。Serviceable life of underground pipeline is increasing,all kinds of unsafe factors are increasing,leakage accidents are often happened. According to domestic and foreign statistical data,leakage accidents due to corrosion are 36% ~ 38% of accident totality. In recent years,several underground process pipelines have experienced leakage accidents due to corrosion in airport oil depot of our air force,causing high economic losses. Achievements of our project can provide authentic evidences of abandoning,repairing and examining underground process pipelines,leakage accidents due to corrosion are decreased. The meaning of research on the corrosion regularity of underground process pipeline in airport oil depot was introduced; the recent advance in study in domestic and abroad was reviewed; contents and difficult points of research were described; martial and economic benefits were analyzed.
