摘 要:以聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)为络合剂,通过旋转盘膜过滤系统,研究了络合超滤处理含镉废水的工艺条件,以及络合物PAA-Cd在剪切场中的稳定性。研究了pH值,聚合物/金属离子质量比(P/M),转速对镉离子截留率的影响,并获得了络合物PAA-Cd的临界剪切速率,以其为指导通过剪切诱导解络进行了PAAS的回收。结果表明,在pH值为6,P/M为30时,镉离子截留率几乎为100%。在pH值为5、5.5、6时,络合物PAA-Cd的临界剪切速率分别为5.9×10~4s^(-1),1.01×10~5s^(-1),1.31×10~5s^(-1)。In order to remove cadmium ions from simulate wastewater,the conditions of complexation-ultrafiltration and the stability of the PAA-Cd complex in the shear field were investigated,by means of polyacrylate( PAAS) as complexing agent and through the rotating disk membrane filtration system. As key factors of complexation,p H and the mass ratio of PAAS to Cd2 +( P/M) were studied. The results showed that the rejection of cadmium ion was almost 100% when the p H was 6 and P/M was 30.Then,the effect of rotating speed on the rejection of cadmium ion and the stability of PAA-Cd complex were investigated. The critical shear rate,where PAA-Cd complex begins to dissociate,were obtained. When p H were 5,5. 5,6,the critical shear rate of PAA-Cd complex were 5. 9 × 10^4 s^-1,1. 01 × 10^5 s^-1,1. 31 × 10^5 s^-1,respectively.
