摘 要:分析了一种五电平ANPC逆变器拓扑及工作原理,针对此拓扑的悬浮电容电压平衡问题,给出了一种悬浮电容电压的平衡方法。该方法以载波周期交替选择同一输出电平的不同冗余状态,并通过实时检测悬浮电容电压,采取电压滞环控制策略,实现悬浮电容电压平衡。该平衡方法减小了悬浮电容容值和体积,实现了上下侧开关管损耗的均衡分布,为样机的热设计提供了良好基础。最后搭建了3.3kW样机对理论及仿真结果进行验证,证明了该平衡策略的可行性。A five-level ANPC converter′s topology and operating principle are analyzed in this paper.Aiming at the problem of floating capacitor voltage balance in this converter,a new floating capacitor voltage balancing method is proposed.The method chooses different redundant output state alternately at carrier frequency and adopts voltage hysteresis control by detecting floating capacitor voltage real-timely,thus achieving the balance of floating capacitor voltage.The balancing method reduces the capacitance value and volume of floating capacitor and realizes an even distribution of switch losses on both the upper and lower sides,thus providing agood basis for thermal design.A 3.3 kW experimental prototype was built to validate the theoretical analysis and simulation results.The results verify the feasibility of the balancing control method.
