摘　　要：以实现区域电网集控防误为目的,设计了区域电网集控防误系统。着重探讨了系统结构、功能、特点及各级操作模式,对区域电网接地线、接地刀闸进行集中监控与管理。In order to achieve the goal of centralized control and anti-misoperation in regional power grid,a centralized control and anti-misoperation system for regional power grid is designed.The system structure,functions,characteristics and operation modes at various levels are mainly discussed.The centralized monitoring and management of grounding wires and grounding switches in regional power grids are carried out.
