常温环保型前处理工艺在商用车储气筒涂装中的应用

摘　　要：针对商用车储气筒行业粉末涂装前处理能耗高的问题,对原有涂装前处理工艺进行常温环保化改造,在保证涂装前处理质量不降低的提前下,用常温脱脂取代加温脱脂,用无磷锆盐转化替代加温磷化,使前处理槽液的使用温度降至25~30°C。Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in powder coating of air reservoirs for commercial vehicles, the pretreatment process was modified to be operable at normal temperature and friendly to environment. The working temperatures of pretreatment tanks were decreased to 25-30 °C by using normal temperature degreasing agent and substituting the original phosphating with phosphorus-free zirconium-based conversion coating without any decline in the quality of pretreatment.
