摘　　要：本文阐述了一种漏斗胸Nuss矫治术后内固定片取出钳的设计及应用过程。该钳由两根长条流线形钳体构成,钳体均由钳柄与钳头构成组成,一钳头冠状面呈"Y"型,且"Y"字型两前端设置"L"形凸齿,另一根的钳头前端平台凸出一小圆柱体。与传统手术方法相比,采用该钳进行内固定片取出,手术时间短、出血少、术者操作更简便。临床实际应用效果表明本文阐述的内固定片取出钳具有良好的临床应用价值。This paper described the design and application of a new kind of forceps for stabilizer removal after Nuss procedure of petus excavatum. The forceps were made up of two strips of streamline forcep, which was composed of forcep body and forcep head. One forcep head was designed as “Y” font , the two front end of which set “L” shape convex teeth. The other forcep head had a platform protruding a small cylinder body. Compared with traditional operation method, with utilization of the forceps for stabilizer removal, the operation time was shorter, the bleeding was less, and it was simpler for surgeon to perform the operation. The results of clinical application showed that the stabilizer removal forceps had good value in clinical application.
