摘　　要：针对医院IT运维管理存在的问题,从服务支持的可视化、服务交付的可视化、服务质量的可视化入手,开发基于IT基础架构库(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL)架构和短信平台的IT运维可视化管理系统。该系统实现了对IT运维的流程、数据、分析与管理一体化的闭环管理,有效提升IT运维响应时间,改善IT运维服务质量。该系统的应用转变了IT运维服务模式,本文并就IT运维的可视化管理的步骤、措施、成效等做思考。To solve the problem of IT operation and maintenance management in hospitals, an IT operation and maintenance visual management system was developed based on information technology infrastructure library （ITIL） architecture and messaging platform, which was starting from the visualization of service support, visualization of service delivery and visualization of service quality. This system realized the closed-loop management of IT operation and maintenance process, data, analysis and management, which effectively improved IT operation and maintenance response time, IT operation and maintenance service quality. The application of this system had changed the service mode of IT operation and maintenance. We also discussed the procedure, measures and results of IT operation and maintenance of visual management.
