摘　　要：本文探讨了如何制定及评价立体定向放疗设备的服务体系,并建立一套规范、全面、客观、合理的评价标准。本文在搭建了一个立体定向放疗设备服务评价逻辑框架的基础上,利用文献检索法对框架内容进行探讨,继而提出了一套针对立体定向放疗设备服务中的资源要素、过程要素和结果要素的全程评价体系。The system of developing and evaluating the stereotactic radiotherapy equipment were discussed, and a set of evaluation standards with the feature of comprehensive, objective, reasonable was established in this paper. On the basis of establishing a logical framework for service evaluation of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment, the content of the framework was discussed by means of literature review. Then, a whole process evaluation system was proposed for the resource elements, process elements and outcome elements in the service of stereotactic radiotherapy equipment.
