摘　　要：目的通过医院运营决策系统对止血耗材临床使用动态进行监测,探讨建立对止血耗材超常预警干预管理体系,为医院加强止血材料临床应用管理提供参考依据。方法对2017年1~3月及2016年同期我院耗材超常预警材料进行排名,并对止血材料使用量、各临床科室止血材料使用情况及止血材料患者使用动态进行统计分析,初步提出止血材料超常预警干预政策建议。结果使用医院运营决策系统对耗材进行监管,2017年1~3月大部分临床科室止血材料使用情况和2016年同期比较有所改善。结论通过规范化建设,加强对止血材料临床应用管理,可以确保止血材料安全、有效、经济、合理使用。Objective To provide a reference for the hospital to strengthen the clinical application management of hemostatic materials, the clinical use of hemostatic consumables was monitored by the hospital operation decision system, and the establishment of an abnormal early warning management system for hemostatic consumables was explored. Methods The materials of abnormal early warning of consumables in our hospital were ranked from January to March of 2017 and the same period of last year. The usage of hemostatic materials, the use of hemostatic materials in clinical departments and the use of hemostatic materials were statistically analyzed. Then the policy suggestions on abnormal early warning and intervention of hemostatic materials were put forward. Results The hospital operation decision-making system was used to supervise the consumables. And the use of hemostatic materials in most clinical departments from January to March 2017 had improved compared with the same period last year. Conclusion It can ensure the safe, effective, economical and reasonable use of hemostatic materials through standardized construction and strengthening the clinical application management of hemostatic materials.
