中国城市的民族关系问题与对策研究

摘　　要：以我国城市民族关系为视角,分析了中国特色社会主义民族关系理论,阐述民族关系的和谐与稳定,是实现民族团结与繁荣、实现民族地区经济发展和社会稳定的前提条件。据此提出我国城市民族关系在文化、民族意识、政治层面存在的问题,指出为更科学地调控民族关系、引导民族之间的友好交往,首先我们应当正确分析我国城市民族关系现状、深入探究城市化进程所带来的各种影响,认清城市民族关系中现存的危机。同时也要解决最根本的问题——即经济社会发展的不平衡。并从公民教育、社会资源整合、社会主义核心价值观的内化、职业道德和大众传媒五个方面对城市民族关系给出了对策建议。This paper analyzes the theory of ethnic relationship of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the perspective of urban ethnic relations in China. Setting out the harmony and stability of the ethnic relations is the basic to the national unity, the economic development in ethnic regions and the social stability. Putting forward the existing problems of urban ethnic relations in culture, ethnic consciousness, politics. And in order to regulate the ethnic relations more scientifically, first of all, we should analysis the present situation of urban ethnic relations more COrTectly, delve into all sorts of influence brought by the urbanization process, and get the hang of the existing crisis of urban ethnic relations. At the same time, we also should solve the fundamental problem of the imbalance between economy and social development. We should be alert of foreign splittism that cause the instigate and de- struction in our country＇s ethnic relations when we are guaranteeing the basic rights and interests of every citizen. At last, we offer five strategies in terms of the problems in urban ethnic relations, they are civic education, concord- ante of the social resources, the internalization of core socialist values, professional ethics and mass media.
