多样化延伸护理服务在胃肠癌术后患者化疗间歇期的应用

摘　　要：目的观察延伸护理服务对改善胃肠癌术后患者生活质量和减少PICC并发症的效果。方法利用随机入组的方法将118例胃肠癌术后化疗患者分为观察组56例和对照组62例,在化疗间歇期观察组采取微信平台教育、电话回访、家庭访视等多种形式延伸护理服务,对照组给予常规出院指导;并在化疗三个周期前后利用EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0生活质量评价量表对两组患者进行调查,并统计PICC并发症发生率。结果观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),PICC并发症发生率部分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理服务不仅能降低PICC并发症,还能明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of extended nursing services on improving the quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma and reducing the complications of PICC. Methods Using the method of random into the group, 118 gastrointestinal carcinoma patients with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into observation group included 62 cases and the control group included 56 cases. In chemotherapy interictal period, the observation group adopted diversified extended nursing service such as WeChat platform education, telephone return visit, the family visit nursing service, and the control group adopted conventional discharge guidance. The EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0 life quality evaluation scale was used to investigate the two groups of patients before and after the three cycles of chemotherapy, and the incidence of PICC complications were statistically calculated. Results The quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications of PICC was lower than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The extending nursing service can not only reduce the complications of PICC, but also improve the quality of life of patients.
