摘 要:近年来,伴随着集约化养殖规模的不断扩大以及促生长用抗生素的大量使用,细菌耐药性问题日益严重,而新兽药研发处于瓶颈时期,养殖业的健康绿色发展之路面临着严峻考验。合理地同时使用两种及以上药物治疗细菌性疾病有望提高疗效、降低药物不良反应且减少耐药性的产生,本文就目前联合用药的协同或相加作用机理以及体内外评价方法研究进展进行了综述,旨在为开发复方制剂或组方用药以保证动物性食品的安全和实现畜牧业的健康绿色发展提供技术支持和理论依据。In recent years, the antibiotic resistance and the bottleneck of development of new antibiotics, have created the dangerous prospect of ineffective therapies against bacterial diseases. Combinations of two or more antibiotics, emerging as a promising therapeutic approach, hoped to improve the curative effect and reduce endurance as well as the adverse reactions of antibiotics. This article provides and discusses the synergistic oradditive mechanism of combination therapy as well as the advances in vitro and in vivo evaluation methods of combined effect, which aim to provide the technical support and theoretical basis for development of compound or prescription drugs, in addition to ensure the safety of animal-derived food and achieve the green and healthy development of animal husbandry.
