摘　　要：研制了一种水性双组分聚氨酯锤纹漆,介绍了其配方和制备工艺,并探讨了丙烯酸聚氨酯树脂、锤纹助剂、铝粉、触变剂、溶剂等对漆膜性能及锤纹效果的影响。结果表明:水性双组分聚氨酯锤纹漆的各项性能优异,施工简单,漆膜锤纹均匀、立体美观,具有保护和装饰的双重作用。The waterborne two-component polyurethane hammer paint was developed. Formula and perparation technology of this hammer paint were described. The effects of acrylic/polyurethane resin,hammer agent,aluminum powder,thixotropic agent and solvent on hammer and prperties of film were studied. The results showed that the waterborne two-component polyurethane hammer paint had excellent properties,which was easy to operates. Hammer appearance obtained was uniform and beautiful,and had the dual functions of protection and decoration.
