摘 要:脑出血动物模型是脑出血基础研究和其他相关研究的重要组成部分,需要建立可重复性高、稳定性好,并且与人类脑出血高度相似的动物模型,才能客观准确的反应脑出血的一系列变化。脑出血动物模型有多种制作方法,多以大鼠为主,其中胶原酶诱导法和自体血注入法使用广泛。但各种方法均有优缺点,要根据实验的目的和实验者对造模方法的熟悉程度而酌情选择。Animal models of cerebral hemorrhage in cerebral hemorrhage is the bother related research an important part of the need to establish a high with the human animal model of cerebral hemorrhage highly similar to a series of changes objectively accurate reflection of cerebral hemorrhage.
