摘　　要：脑出血动物模型是脑出血基础研究和其他相关研究的重要组成部分,需要建立可重复性高、稳定性好,并且与人类脑出血高度相似的动物模型,才能客观准确的反应脑出血的一系列变化。脑出血动物模型有多种制作方法,多以大鼠为主,其中胶原酶诱导法和自体血注入法使用广泛。但各种方法均有优缺点,要根据实验的目的和实验者对造模方法的熟悉程度而酌情选择。Animal models of cerebral hemorrhage in cerebral hemorrhage is the bother related research an important part of the need to establish a high with the human animal model of cerebral hemorrhage highly similar to a series of changes objectively accurate reflection of cerebral hemorrhage. ＂There are many methods for the animal model of cerebral hemorrhage, mainly rats, including collagen enzymatic induction and autoblood injection. However, various methods have advantages and disadvantages .According to the purpose of the experimenter’s degree of familiarity with the molding method,the choice is given.
