摘  要:随着露天矿山生产的推进,剥采比变大成为露天矿山急需解决的问题。为了保证矿山的长期发展,需要对矿山露天开采境界优化以提高安全性和经济效益。基于露天境界优化的安全性和经济性,运用精矿成本比较法确定经济合理剥采比8.42,根据矿体赋存条件等确定露天境界要素,计算露天底部宽度,运用3DMine,Design-Expert软件剥采比稳定性系数作为指标研究最优采深和最终帮坡角,通过剥采比和稳定性系数等势线图上最接近边坡稳定系数1.2和经济合理剥采比8.42的公共点确定优化后的边坡角和采深,通过境界剥采比进行验证,从而建立优化后的矿体露天境界图,为矿山的生产提供技术依据。With the development of open pit production,the stripping ratio has become an urgent problem to be solved in open pit mines. In order to ensure the long-term development of mines,it is necessary to optimize the open pit boundary of mines so as to improve safety and economic benefits. The safety and economy of the open pit limit optimization based on determining the economic stripping ratio of 8. 42 by concentrate comparison method,according to the ore occurrence conditions determine the bottom width,using 3D Mine and Design-Expert software to study the optimum mining depth and final slope angle,the ratio of stripping ratio to stability coefficient is taken as an index,by stripping ratio and the stability coefficient of slope stability coefficient is close to the most potential lines on the map to determine the public production ratio 8. 42 slope for optimized angle and depth of mining,and stability coefficient 1. 2 and economic production ratio was verified through state stripping ratio,so as to establish the optimized orebody open pit boundary map,providing the technical basis for mine production.
