医疗美容科实施人性化护理的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析在医疗美容科室中实施人性化护理的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年3月80例医疗美容科室接收的患者为此次实验研究任务的主要对象,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为干预组和对照组,其中对照组为40例,采用常规护理模式,干预组为40例,在常规护理的基础上,予以患者人性化护理服务,比较两组并发症发生情况以及护理满意度、依从性。结果通过统计数据并分析,干预组护理满意度为(95.00%),对照组护理满意度为(77.50%),且干预组患者的并发症发生率为(4.35%)、依从性为(97.50%),对照组患者并发症发生率为(14.49%)、依从性为(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医疗美容科日常管理中,实施人性化护理服务,能够降低并发症发生情况,能够显著提升患者对护理工作认可,具有极佳的应用价值,值得在临床中进行推广。Objective To study the clinical value of humanized nursing in medical cosmetology departments. Methods Weselected 80 patients in our medical and cosmetology department from January 2015 to March 2016 as the main subjects of thisexperimental research task. Using computer generated random numbers, they were divided into intervention group and controlgroup. The control group was In 40 patients, 40 patients in the intervention group were treated with routine nursing care. On thebasis of routine care, patients were given humane care services to compare the incidence of complications, satisfaction with care, andcompliance. Results According to statistical data and analysis, the satisfaction rate of care in the intervention group was （95.00%）,and the satisfaction rate in the control group was （77.50%）, and the complication rate in the intervention group was （4.35%）, and thecompliance was （97.50%）. The incidence of complications in the control group （14.49%） and compliance （80.00%） were statisticallysignificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the daily management of medical beauty department, the implementation of humanized nursingservice can reduce the occurrence of complications, can significantly improve the patient＇s recognition of nursing work, has excellentapplication value, and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
