摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎的治疗方法。方法 :对 92例经不同方法治疗失败的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者行前列腺局部注射联合尿道药物灌注治疗。结果 :92例患者治愈 86例 ,显效 6例 ,随访 6～ 12个月无复发 ,无明显副作用。结论Objective:To explore therapeutic means for treatment of refractory chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods:Ninety two patients with refractory bacterial prostatitis,who failed to recover by various conventional means of treatment in many hospitals,received local injection of drugs into the prostate and perfusion of drugs through urethra.Results:Eighty six patients were cured and 6 improved.All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and no side effect found.Conclusions:It suggests that this is a good method for treatment of refractory chronic bacterial prostatitis.
