美国警察教育培训模式对河南省警务人才培养的启示

摘　　要：随着河南省自由贸易区的建设和发展,对外交流与合作不断扩大,新形势对河南省警察队伍的整体素质和执法能力提出了新挑战。本文结合美国康涅狄格州警察教育培训体系的选拔标准、职业培训流程要求、课程内容设置、考核标准等,对其教育培训体系的高效率、规范化、可操作性等进行了详细的梳理分析,为新形势下河南省警务人才培养提供一个研究视角。With the development of Henan Free Trade Zone and expanding of international exchange and cooperation, Henan police is now facing a great challenge in law enforcement and urgent improvement in the capacity to solve cases. The paper, taking the state of Connecticut in America as an example, illustrates the education and training system for police officers in Connecticut, conducts analysis on its characteristics and provides a perspective on how to improve the law enforcement capacity of police officers in Henan Province.
