摘　　要：张建伟从事中医肾脏病临床、教学及科研工作二十余年,对肾性蛋白尿的防治有自己独特的系统认识。其认为肾性蛋白尿的发病以脾肾亏虚为本,以湿热、瘀血为标。治疗上强调以补肾健脾为本,佐以祛湿降浊、活血化瘀,标本兼顾。Professor Zhang Jianwei has been engaged in the clinical, teaching and research work of TCM kidney disease for more than 20 years, has his own unique system knowledge in the prevention and treatment of renal proteinuria. Teacher Zhang believes that the deficiency of spleen and kidney is the primary factor, with dampness and heat, blood stasis as the target, Treatment emphasizes the principle of strengthen the kidney and invigorate the spleen, supplemented by dampness, phlegm, blood circulation,and specimens considerations.
