摘　　要：目的验证肝脂溶颗粒对NAFLD模型大鼠肝脏组织TNF-α表达的影响。方法观察肝脂溶颗粒对实验性大鼠肝脏组织TNF-α表达的影响。结果高剂量组大鼠肝脏组织内TNF-α的表达低于对照组(P<0.05);中剂量组大鼠肝脏组织内TN F-α的表达与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组大鼠肝脏组织内TN F-α的表达高于高、中剂量组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝脂溶颗粒具有降低NAFLD大鼠肝脏组织TNF-α表达的作用。Objective To verify the effect of Ganzhirong granule on the expression of TNF-α in liver tissue of NAFLD rats. Methods The effect of Ganzhiyan granule on the expression of TNF-α in liver tissue of rats was observed. Results The expression of TNF-α in liver tissue of high-dose group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. The expression of TNF-α in liver tissue of middledose group was compared with that of control group（ P〉0.05）. The expression of TNF-α in the liver tissue of the dose group was higher than that of the high and middle dose groups and the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganzhirong granules can reduce the expression of TNF-α in liver tissue of NAFLD rats.
