通气散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通气散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 40例膝骨关节炎患者进行外敷通气散治疗,比较膝骨关节炎治疗前后的临床疗效。结果参与治疗患者40例,治疗过程中无明显不良反应,其中显效26例,有效8例,无效或加重6例,总有效率85%。结论通气散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,易于操作,经济实惠,值得推广及进一步研究。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Tongqi powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 40 cases of knee osteoarthritis were treated with external application of Tongqi powder. Results There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of 40 patients, including 26 cases had remarkable effect, 8 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective or aggravated. The total effective rate was 85%. Conclusion The t external application of Tongqi powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective, is easy to operate and economical and is worthy of popularization and further study.
