摘　　要：晕动病又称运动病,据流行病学调查显示,约有80%的人有晕动病的经历,而在航海和航天活动中大约有35%~67%的工作人员有过体验。晕动病发作时严重影响着人们的工作生活。中医将晕动病归于"眩晕"范畴,针灸是临床治疗晕动病常用方法。但由于目前临床对于晕动病的针灸治疗存在取穴多样、没有统一标准等问题,出现治疗效果不一的现状。因此总结针灸治疗晕动病常用有效穴位,对提高针灸治疗晕动病的效果具有重要意义。现将近20年来针灸治疗晕动病的穴位进行搜索、收集、分类、整理,以期为临床治疗晕动病提供更加有效、便捷的取穴。Motion sickness is also known as kinetosis. According to the epidemiological survey, about 80 % people have the experience of motion sickness. And there are about 35%-67% workers which have the motion sickness in navigation and aerospace activities. Motion sickness affects people＇s work life seriously. In traditional Chinese medicine, the motion sickness is attributed to the category of vertigo. Acupuncture is a commonly used method for clinical treatment of motion sickness. However, there are many problems in clinical acupuncture treatment for motion sickness, such as multiple selection points, no uniform standard and so on.there is a current situation of different therapeutic effects. Therefore, summarizing the commonly used effective acupuncture points for acupuncture treatment of motion sickness is of great significance for improving the effect of acupuncture for the treatment of motion sickness. Now we have searched, collected, sorted and sorted acupuncture points for acupuncture and moxibustion for 20 years, in order to provide more effective and convenient acupoint selection for clinical treatment of motion sickness.
