摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA在手术室感染管理中的应用价值。方法对该院手术室2016年1月—2017年12月间收治的400例手术患者进行回顾性分析,根据护理管理方式不同分为研究组(n=200)以及对照组(n=200)。对照组进行常规管理,研究组在此基础上融入PDCA循环管理,比较两组患者病原菌检出率、切口感染发生率以及两组手术室空气菌落总数。结果研究组病原菌检出率(5.50%)要较对照组(15.00%)更低(P<0.05);研究组手术切口感染率(2.00%)较对照组为(6.50%)更低(P<0.05);研究组手术室空气菌落总数要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室感染管理当中通过实施PDCA循环管理,有利于改善手术室空气质量,降低病原菌检出率,预防手术室感染。Objective To study the application value of PDCA in the infectious management in the operation room. Methods 400 cases of operative patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 200 cases according to different nursing ways, the control group used the routine management, while the research group used the PDCA circulation management on the basis of the control group, and the test rate of pathological bacteria, incidence rate of incision infection and total number of air bacteria in the operation room were compared between the two groups. Results The test rate of the pathological bacteria in the research group was lower than that in the control group （5.50% vs 15.00%）（P〈0.05）, and the infection rate of operative incision in the research group was lower than that in the control group （2.00% vs 6.50%）（P〈0.05）.The total number of air colonies in the operating room was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of PDCA circulation management in the infectious management in the operation room is conductive to improving the air quality in the operation room, reducing the test rate of pathological bacteria, and preventing the infection in the operation room.
