摘　　要：海上某气田气藏埋藏位置较深,高温高压井所占比重较大。完井阶段下入的生产管柱长期在高温高压环境下,容易产生塑性变形导致管柱弯曲变形,致使常规的钢丝测试无法实施。在分析管柱变形影响因素及危害的基础上,基于连续油管工艺技术强度高、可循环等的优势特点,提出采用连续油管作业技术配合循环低温储层保护液方法,实现在管柱部分变形井中开展测试作业,并成功应用于海上某气井。应用结果表明,在连续油管起出过程中指重表悬重无明显异常变化,压力计回放数据合格,取全录准了测试资料,测试作业成功。本文初步探索了适用于管柱部分变形井实施测试作业的新方法,同时为同类型的油气井实施关滑套卡水、通井等作业提供了可借鉴的经验。In high temperature and high-pressure environments,the production string that landing into the well during the completion stage is prone to plastic deformation,which can lead to bending and deformation of the string and result in the failure of the normal wireline operation.Based on the analysis of the influence factors and hazards of string deformation,as well as the characteristics of high strength and recyclability of the coiled tubing process,this paper proposes a method of using the coiled tubing operation technology in conjunction with circulating low temperature reservoir protection fluid to achieve the wireline operation in the well with the string partially deformed.The application to an offshore gas well show that,during the tripping operation,there was no obvious abnormal change in the weight parameter of the weight meter,and the playback data of the pressure gauge was qualified.The test data was fully recorded and the test operation was successful.This paper has initially explored a new method applicable to the test operations in wells with string partially deformed,and the success experience that can be used for the same types of oil and gas wells to perform operations such as closing sleeve to trap water and drifting.
