内分泌科护理安全隐患分析与管理对策

摘　　要：目的观察内分泌科护理安全隐患提出相应管理对策并评价效果,为临床管理提出借鉴。方法选择该院内分泌科2015年7月—2016年7月收治的65例患者为对照组,选择2016年8月—2017年8月收治的65例患者为观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予安全护理管理干预,比较两组临床疗效。结果护理管理干预后,观察组不良事件发生率、护理满意度等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论科学的安全管理干预不仅能够降低不良事件发生率,同时还可以改善护理满意度以及工作质量,值得推广应用。Objective Observe the hidden dangers of endocrine nursing care,put forward corresponding management measures and evaluate the effects,and provide reference for clinical management.Methods 65 patients from July 2015 to July2016 in the Department of Endocrinology of the hospital were selected as the control group.65 patients selected from August2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received safety care management intervention,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention of nursing management,the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Scientific safety management intervention can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of work.It is worth promoting and applying.
