摘　　要：目的 :总结复杂性动脉导管未闭的外科治疗经验。方法 :浅低温体外循环心脏搏动下 ,经肺动脉切口缝合治疗 5 9例复杂性动脉导管未闭临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :术后早期死亡 2例 ,病死率 3.39% ;其余恢复良好。无一发生空气栓塞。结论Objective:To report the experience of surgical treatment of intricate patent ductus arteriosus.Methods:Fifty nine cases treated by suturing the patent ductus arteriosus through pulmonary artery with beating heart under mild hypothermia with extracorporeal circulation were analysed.Results:Two patients died after the surgery;the mortality rate was 3.39%.The others recovered perfectly.No air embolism occured.Conclusions:The suture of patent ductus arteriosus through pulmonary artery with beating heart under mild hypothermia with extracorporeal circulation is an effective operating technique.
