摘 要:纵观毛泽东与习近平的人权思想,不难发现,两者的产生与发展有着太多的相似,均是产生于乡村,延伸到祖国,升华至世界。同时,两者的人权思想均根植于深厚的中国传统文化,并在马列主义的影响下不断扩展、不断深化和不断丰富。更为重要的是,习近平在毛泽东人权思想的基础上,进一步推动了中国特色人权观的延续、变化与合流,基本实现了中国人权保障由生存权到发展权的过渡,并发出了响彻世界的中国人权声音,把毛泽东开创的中国人权事业不断推向前进。Throughout Mao Zedong's and Xi Jinping's human rights thoughts, it is easy to see that there are many similarities between their emergence and development. They all come from the countryside, extend to the motherland, and sublime to the world. At the same time, their human rights ideas are rooted in the profound Chi- nese traditional culture, and are constantly expanding, deepening and enriching under the influence of Marxism - Leninism. More importantly, based on Mao Zedong's thoughts of human rights, Xi Jinping has promoted the contin- uation, change, combination of human rights in China much further, has basically realized the human rights protec- tion from the right of survival to the right of development, has made our own national voice of human rights through- out the world, and has carried forward the cause of human rights in China founded by Mao Zedong.
