摘　　要：爱尔兰智能电能表试点项目中的用户行为试验对象主要为居民用户和中小型商业用户,试验探讨了分时电价、各类信息反馈技术、其他差异化因素对用户减少总用电量及高峰用电量的影响。通过对试验设计的详细阐述,分析了执行不同激励机制的试验组、不同社会群体、不同企业类型用电行为的试验结果,并探讨了造成结果差异化的原因,分析了影响试验实行效果的潜在障碍,对挖掘不同需求响应对象的响应潜力和设计需求响应项目有着现实指导意义。The main objects of Irish electricity smart metering trials are residential and small and medium enterprises（SMEs） consumers. It delivers the results of a set of trials that were undertaken to provide robust statistical information on the impact of time of use tariffs in combination with various demand side management informational stimuli as well as some other characteristics on overall and peak electricity usage. The reason for different trial results caused by different stimulus, groups and business types is discussed, and the potential obstacle that affects the results is analyzed, so as to better excavate potential of demand response object and design relevant projects.
