女性家庭角色的现代变迁——从“贤妻良母”到“夫妻和睦”

摘　　要：新时代男女两性性别关系发生了显著变化,传统女性"贤妻良母"的角色在家庭事务与家庭资源的决策和分配权利上逐步与男性趋于平等,夫妻以平等的家庭地位共同持家养家、共担家庭责任。基于此,文章认为女性也是家庭生计的供养者,鼓励建立夫妻合作式家务劳动模式,一方面增强男性家庭角色力量,另一方面通过"母亲"的角色积极凝聚家庭成员亲情力量,树立"夫妻和睦"新形象。Significant changes have taken place in gender relations between men and women in the new era, the traditional women as “virtuous wife and devoted mother” and men are increasingly equal in the family business, the decision-making and allocation rights of household resources, so couples with equal status support the family financially and shoulder the family responsibility together. Based on this, this paper proposes that women are also the providers of family livelihood, the establishment of cooperative housework mode engaged by husband and wife should be encouraged, on the one hand, the male role in family will be strengthened, on the other hand, the cohesion of affection between family members will be achieved through a role as a mother. Thus, a new image of “harmony between husband and wife” will be established.
