电切镜联合肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨电切镜联合肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2012年7月-2017年7月收治的65例膀胱结石患者,均采用电切镜联合肾镜气压弹道碎石,Ellick冲洗器冲吸结石的方法治疗。结果 65例病人均一次碎石成功(其中结石最大6.5cm,最多23枚,碎石时间1～35min),术后无结石残留、无大出血、无明显膀胱及输尿管损伤、无尿源性败血症等并发症。结论电切镜联合肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石快速、安全、高效,是一种疗效确切的治疗方法。Objective Investigate and discuss the efficacy of treating bladder calculi by pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy with resectoscope and nephroscope combined. Methods A retrospective analysis of 65 patients of treating bladder calculi by pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and Ellick irrigator rushing out of calculi with resectoscope and nephroscope combined between July 2012 and July 2017 in our hospital. Results All 65 patients went successfully without calculi remnants,no complications,such as bladder bleeding,bladder and ureter perforation and urinary septicemia,etc. Conclusion The pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for bladder calculi by resectoscope combined with nephroscope is high-speed、 safe and efficient,which is an effective method in treating the bladder calcui.
