选煤厂卧式振动离心脱水机的应用研究

摘　　要：西山煤电官地选煤厂为了提高工作效率,增加企业生产总值,引进OPTIMAXX130卧式振动离心脱水机用于煤炭的脱水工作。本文通过对煤炭的含水量、含灰量的测定,检验OPTIMAXX130卧式振动离心脱水机的脱水效果,并和老旧的设备进行对比,研究新设备为企业带来的效益。In order to improve the working effciency and increase the production value of the enterprise, the OPTIMAXX130 horizontal vibration centrifugal dehydrator is introduced to the dehydration of coal in Guandi Coal Preparation Plant, Xishan Coal and Electricity. By measuring the water content and ash content of coal, the dewatering effect of the OPTIMAXX130 horizontal vibration centrifugal dehydrator is tested and compared with the old equipment to study the benefts of the new equipment for the enterprise.
