摘 要:近年来,领导力领域的发展越来越关注与领导客体(被领导者)的持续互动,即隐性的柔性领导力在慢慢替代传统的硬性的领导力,这是与时代经济的快速发展和领导客体的素质提高紧密相关的。而女性领导者自身的特质与行为方式与这种隐性的柔性领导力相通相容。抓住时代机遇,顺应发展趋势,将女性领导力最大限度地发挥其所长,在当下领导研究中尤为重要。In recent years, the development of the leadership has focused on the constant interaction between the leadership subject (the leader) and the leadership objects (the followers). That is, the traditional rigid leadership is slowly changing to the implicit and flexible leadership. This is closely related to the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of the quality of the leaders. The characteristics and behaviors of women leaders are precisely compatible with this implicit and flexible leadership. Therefore, seizing the opportunities of the times and adapting to the development trends, women leaders can maximize their strengths in the present. It’s particularly important in the present study of leadership.
