摘　　要：随着我国经济建设的突飞猛进,建筑行业及周边产业也逐步提升。其中,最为关键的是建筑工程结算索赔与现场施工管理,二者都对整体建筑工程的质量与进度起到决定性的影响,有其一定的现实性与重要性。论文通过对结算索赔与施工管理的具体应用进行研究,侧重分析其对工程建筑的作用,并提出相应的优化措施,为日后我国建筑行业的稳步发展奠定坚实基础。With the rapid development of China＇s economic construction, the construction industry and surrounding industries are also gradually upgrading. Among them, the most important thing is the claim of construction project settlement and site construction management.Both of them play a decisive role in the quality and progress of the whole construction project, and have certain reality and importance. This paper studies the specific application of settlement claims and construction management, focuses on analyzing its role in engineering construction, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the future steady development of China＇s construction industry.
