摘　　要：BIM技术作为CAD之后建筑领域又一计算机技术,在促进了建筑工程发展的同时,也解决了暖通空调设计的众多问题。论文就BIM技术在暖通空调设计中的具体实践进行了初步探究,阐述了BIM技术的优点,讨论了暖通空调设计过程中如何合理利用BIM技术进行优化设计。BIM technology, as another computer technology in the construction field after CAD, has promoted the development of construction engineering, meanwhile, it has also solved many problems of heating ventilation and air conditioning design. In this paper, the practical practice of BIM technology in HVAC design is discussed, the advantages of BIM technology are expounded, and how to make rational use of BIM technology to optimize the design of HVAC in the design process of HAVC is discussed.
