摘　　要：国政监察与国政调查是韩国国会的重要职能之一,也是韩国三权分立的民主主义的重要标志。国政监察与国政调查不仅通过消极职能与积极职能行使监督政府的权力,更能在一定程度上确保民众的知情权。从发展脉络上看,韩国国会的国政监察与国政调查功能也经历过由无到有,中间经历波折被取消,后又恢复的复杂历史过程,也经历过国政监察与国政调查是否合并、其功能如何区分等诸多争论与分歧。As the main functions of South Korean National Assembly,parliamentary inspection and investigation are significant democratic symbol of checks and balances.They can not only supervise the government via passive function and positive function,but also to some extent guarantee the public knowing right.Concerning about the context of development,they have experienced twists and turns,such as be cancelled and be restored,as well as various debates,such as whether combines them or how to differentiate their functions.
