摘　　要：目的:探讨自我管理能力训练对狼疮性肾炎病人疾病管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选取120例狼疮性肾炎病人,根据随机数字表分为观察组(n=60)及对照组(n=60),对照组应用常规性护理管理,观察组实施自我管理能力训练。分别于干预前、干预后应用自护能力量表及生活质量综合评定问卷对病人疾病管理能力及生活质量进行评价。结果:干预后,观察组症状管理、情绪管理、自我效能、信息管理及日常生活管理等方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后,观察组病人物质生活、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自我管理能力训练能有效提高狼疮性肾炎病人疾病管理能力,改善病人生活质量。Objective： To investigate the effects of the self-management ability training on disease management and quality of life in patients with lupus nephritis. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 60） and control group（ n = 60）. The control group and observation were managed with routine care and selfmanagement skills training,respectively. The disease management ability and quality of life in two groups before and after intervention were evaluated using self-care ability scale and comprehensive assessment questionnaire（ GQOLI-74）. Results： After intervention,the scores of symptom management,emotional management,self-efficacy,information management and management of daily life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. After intervention,the scores of material life,social function,physical function,mental function and quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： Self-management program can effectively improve the disease management ability and quality of life in patients with lupus nephritis.
