摘　　要：互联网带给人们一个充满智慧的世界,"互联网+"背景下公共图书馆逐渐有了新的发展方向。首先对图书馆的发展现状进行概述,进而分析了"互联网+"背景下公共图书馆新业态的发展特点,从构建一体化网络图书馆、建设图书馆业务系统、丰富公共图书馆服务内容、创新图书馆服务形式、营造良好的图书馆发展氛围五个方面提出了"互联网+"背景下公共图书馆新业态的发展策略,使公共图书馆的发展能够与时代的发展相契合,在新形势下有着新的发展。Internet brings people a world full of wisdom.Under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂,the public libraries have gradually developed a new direction.In this paper,the current development status of libraries is summarized first,and then the development characteristics of new format in public libraries under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂are analyzed.Finally,some development strategies are proposed from perspectives of integrated network library construction,business system construction,enrichment of service content,innovation of service form,and building of a good development atmosphere.It is hoped that the development of public libraries should fit with the development of times and have new development in the new situation.
