摘 要:针对华联矿业卧虎山矿地下开采工程技术条件,采用正交法设计了9组试验方案,基于Dimine-Midas/GTS-FLAC^(3D)耦合技术建立了采场计算分析模型,获得了不同参数下采场的力学特征值,确定了最大拉应力等9个评价指标,利用核主成分分析法建立了采场结构参数的综合评价模型,基于评价函数值优选采场结构参数。结果表明,运用正交试验,有效减少了计算的工程量,提高了分析效率,获得了不同采场结构参数和充填强度下的力学特征值;核主成分分析方法确定最优采场结构参数为矿柱宽3 m、采场宽10 m、矿柱高12.5 m、充填体弹性模量0.1 GPa;与主成分分析法结果对比,2种方法评价结果基本一致,证明了核主成分分析的适用性,更加突出了多因素的综合评价特征。In view of the technical conditions for Wohushan underground mine of Hualian Mining Company,nine sets of schemes were prepared with orthogonal experimental design,and a stope computation and analysis model was established based on Dimine-Midas/GTS-FLAC^3D coupling technique,with which mechanical characteristics of stope with different parameters were obtained,thus 9 evaluation indicators including the maximum tensile stress were determined.Then,a comprehensive evaluation model was established for the stope structural parameters by use of kernel principal component analysis(KPCA)and the structural parameters were optimized with the evaluating function values.Results showed that the orthogonal experimental design effectively reduced the calculated engineering quantity and improved the analysis efficiency,from which mechanical characteristics of stope with different structural parameters and with different backfilling strength were obtained.By means of KPCA,the optimal structural parameters of stope were determined as follows:pillars of 12.5 m in height and 3 m in width,stope of 10 m in width,as well as elastic modulus of 0.1 GPa for the fillings.Based on the comparison with principal component analysis,it is found that two methods can lead to the almost same evaluation results,indicating that KPCA can be used for comprehensive evaluation with multi-factors,with wide applicability.
